宿迁位于江苏省北部，是1996年7月经国务院批准设立的地级市，辖沭阳县、泗阳县、泗洪县、宿豫区、宿城区、市经济开发区和湖滨新城开发区，共104个乡镇、4个街道办事处。全市总人口526万，面积8555平方公里。
Suqian，located in North Jiangsu, was established as a prefecture level city in July, 1996, by the approval of the State Council. Covering an area of 8,555 km2 with a population of 5,260,000, it has three counties as Shuyang, Siyang, Sihong and two districts as Suyu and Sucheng, as well as Suqian Economic Development Zone, Lakeside New Town Development Zone under its direct administration, including 104 towns, 4 subdistrict offices and 1,149 village committees altogether.
宿遷は江蘇省の北部に位置しており、１９９６年７月に国務院の批准により設立した地級市で沭阳県、泗阳県、泗洪県、宿豫区、宿城区、市経済開発区と湖滨新城開発区を管轄しています。合わせて１０４の郷と鎮と４の街道弁事処があります。全市の総人口は５２６万で面積は８５５５平方キロメートルです。
